Why haven't you responded to my ticket?


There could be a couple of reasons why you haven't received a response to your support ticket ...

  1. We did respond, but you used a return email address that 'thinks' email from a helpdesk is spam (AOL do this) and so either nuked it or 'bounced' the reply into a spam folder - please check in there
  2. The question you asked is common and so has already been answered in the knowledge base
